## If this wireless mp3 player get a freeze or unrecognized after connecting the laptop, what can I do?

1) Check the storage of the mp3 whether it has fulfilled.

Solution:1, use a good quality of the sd card and confirm that the storage of the sd card is large enough to fill your files. Storage filled depends on the Micro sd card. Too large storage of the file will get the portable mp3 player freeze. So it is suggested that you have not filled more files in the sd card over its filled storage.

Solution:2, Delete the non- important material in the disk such as files, photos, videos, etc. And restart the mini mp3 players then the problems can be solved.

2) If the problems can not help, check whether the USB cable can transfer the data.

Solution: You should check whether your USB cable can be used to transfer the data. Some of the USB cables only have a charging function, not for transfer. It is suggested that you should use the standard USB data cable for Bluetooth mp3 data transfer.

3) And if still have prob problems, check the cable connection.
